Processing & Production Times

Because each item commands meticulous craftsmanship and multi-layered deep engraving:

In-Stock Items:

Dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces:

Production varies between 5–10 business days depending on design complexity.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, an automated email with full tracking data will be sent immediately.

Global Shipping Timelines

We ship globally to over 50+ countries using secure, registered, and fully traceable priority mail services.

Estimated delivery transit windows include:

United States & Canada:

7 – 14 business days.

European Union:

4 – 7 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For US Customers:

Orders valued under $800 USD typically enter customs completely duty-free.

For International Customers (Outside EU/US):

Buyers are entirely responsible for any localized customs duties, import VAT, or clearance handling fees imposed by their destination country’s regulations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Every shipment is premium-packed in heavy-duty, impact-resistant materials to ensure pristine delivery. In the rare event that your relic arrives structurally compromised or gets officially declared lost by the transit courier, please contact us within 48 hours at info@adomrelics.com with photo evidence so we can issue a replacement or high-priority solution.
